1. Who is Alona Adyrova?
This is a person who achieved, I do believe, a lot in her life because from the very small girl I grew a lot, traveled a lot, I've seen a lot which I can be proud of.
2. Can you explain briefly what your company deals with?
We are a logistics company, which has a lot of holdings in the USA and we are doing business there.
3. You've been a part of our coworking community for a couple of months. Is this your first coworking experience and what pros would you highlight?
This is my first coworking experience, honestly. What I like is that everybody is so different. When you are at work with colleagues who work for the same company you can share some experiences and so on, but when there are different personalities that are interacting and are from different fields that is motivating you and pushing you to come to come to work. The fact that everybody is so different is very cool.
4. You are working in the field of HR. What skills does a good HR expert need?
You probably need to be a scanner of the people. I know that the first impression is not always correct, but I have something like the 6th sense. It's a big responsibility to hire the right people and in the future to lead them to bring good results.
5. What did you learn from working on a cruiser, it's not an easy job when you think about not being on land for a good period of time?
I learned that human being is a very interesting thing because they can live without a day off for 7 months and I learned wow I can do that, you're unleashing your extra powers. That wasn't like a boat, that's like a ship, a 15-floor building so you have there the theater, rock climbing wall, like a city on the water so you don't have the feeling that you're on the water. I visited places such as the Grand Caymen Islands, the Fiji etc., places that people can only dream about. To achieve something you have to sacrifice something.

7. Is this your first time visiting BiH, and what are your impressions?
That's already technically the third time. But I'm feeling like I'm at home, I don't know why,
because people are good, they're smiling a lot, especially when you're trying to say something in Bosnian, they're like 'wow do you speak Bosnian?', and I'm like 'malo, malo'. The language is similar, I can understand around 60%. Everything is quite similar so I'm feeling like I'm home.
8. How would you compare Ukrainian mentality with Bosnian?
It's pretty much the same. The same, only maybe your people are a bit kinder. If I would be lost in the streets in Ukraine, maybe two out of ten people would help me, and here probably eight out of ten would help.
9. From your point of view, what is life about?
Life is about being happy and not waiting for the time to be happy, you have to be happy now because tomorrow might not come.
10. What is your life motto?
Do whatever you want. When we are younger, parents tell us what we can do and what we can't, and then you start posing questions why? Why would I do that if I'm not happy with that? Nobody is going to live my life instead of me. So honestly I don't give a *hit about what people think about me, because I live my life.
