NOTES
- Arrivals are owned by the company and used by each employee individually.
- Each visit of an employee deducts 1 pass from the total company pass count.
- Employees are not limited to how many times they can visit (allowing people who want to work more from a coworking space to visit more often).
- If user is coming after working hours, an advance notice should be communicated.
- Passes cannot be transferred to the next month.
- Employee is checked in via WiFi or via QR Code (depending on the device). Contact person from the company will receive an automated weekly report of how many passes were used that week.
